Engage and consult with customers using high-quality leads, providing ethical, tailored roofing and solar solutions. Uphold our high standards of integrity throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a transparent and trustworthy customer experience. We optimize our schedule when possible, but if we can meet with a client at their ideal time, we plan to.Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record as a top performer in a commission-based sales role, ideally within the home services or related industries. Strong commitment to ethical sales practices, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Driven by a challenge, with the motivation and discipline to excel in a competitive, high-performance team. Reliable transportation for customer engagements within the designated territory. We have seen many fits for this role, but have seen an even higher level of success for prior car salespeople, especially those that did it for a long period of time, and that moved into the finance side. Knowing how to work with our list of lenders is absolutely crucial for making the deals work. Time in sales is NOT important to us, ability to learn fast, and not take no for an answer is what is important to us in this role. We will be recruiting approximately 10 people for this role, with the intent for the top 3 to stay on, unless everyone performs stellar. If you do not feel that you will stand out, and be the absolute best, please do not apply. We demand performers who want to put the effort in to make 300k+ annually. If you will make 150k, and then be happy and stop pushing for more, you are not the fit for us. If you are a real closer, you will apply, and call us and show us your follow up skills, applying for the job. That mindset is crucial toward this type of sales success.Job Type:
