Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Remodeling Outside Sales professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and delivering exceptional remodeling solutions to homeowners. Your energetic approach, combined with your expertise in sales and management, will help us grow our presence in the local market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for sales with your interest in home improvement projects, all while building lasting relationships with clients and managing territory growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and expand our customer base within assigned territories. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultations with homeowners, showcasing remodeling options that meet their needs and budgets. Manage the entire sales cycle from cold calling, lead generation, to closing deals through direct sales efforts. Maintain strong account management by nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, follow up on leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct territory management activities including market analysis, competitor research, and strategic planning to maximize sales potential. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business / business -to-customer) sales, or technical sales within the home improvement or remodeling industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and territory management. Familiarity with CRM software such as Roofr or similar platforms for tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building. Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional services or products. Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
