Interior Designer / Home Stager Kris Lindahl Real Estate Full-Time | ASAP Hire Kris Lindahl Real Estate is looking for a talented, creative, and highly motivated Interior Designer / Home Stager to join one of the top-performing real estate teams in the state. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants their work seen by thousands of buyers across a high volume of listings and marketing platforms. You'll play a direct role in helping homes stand out, photograph beautifully, and sell quickly. We are looking for someone who can start right away and hit the ground running. Responsibilities Conduct virtual staging consultations with homeowners and agents Perform in-person staging consultations and walkthroughs Stage and de-stage homes for active listings Create cohesive, marketable design plans that appeal to today's buyers Select and arrange furniture, decor, artwork, lighting, and accessories Coordinate staging timelines to meet listing deadlines Collaborate closely with agents, photographers, marketing teams, and homeowners Maintain staging inventory and ensure properties remain show-ready Adapt staging style based on home architecture, target buyer demographic, and market trends What We're Looking For Previous residential interior design or home staging experience required Strong eye for design, color, layout, and current market trends Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes Ability to move lightweight furniture and decor items as needed Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Why Join Kris Lindahl Real Estate? Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
