Mount Vernon, NY Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Computer operation DME Customer service Medical scheduling Individual consumer customer service Full Job Description e y Responsibilities Assist with coordinating homecare and support services Support the ordering, tracking, and follow-up of DME and adaptive equipment Communicate with individuals, families, vendors, hospitals, and service providers Help organize remote support services and technology-based supports Maintain records, documentation, and service tracking systems Assist with scheduling appointments, deliveries, and service coordination Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Experience in healthcare, human services, homecare, or OPWDD services preferred Familiarity with DME, assistive technology, or community supports is a plus Proficiency with computers, email, and documentation systems Compassionate and professional approach when working with individuals and families Schedule 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday) Location Taconic Innovations Mount Vernonou to apply!
