Your Role:
The Hometown Plant Office Manager is accountable to keep the daily operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, office records, and supporting staff members. Working in collaboration with the site leadership, the role focuses on ensuring an efficient administrative working environment that supports and directs Hometown Operations and Business Teams as appropriate. An Ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is excellent at communicating, a self-starter that sets high expectations for themselves and others. This is an onsite position in

Display the highest level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and integrity in all aspects of the Office Manager Role. Manages Visitors to Site including Customers and Auditors coordinating all necessary access with key stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day office operations. Manage administrative systems to ensure assets associated with the office area are scheduled and maintained appropriately. Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of sitewide events including town halls, employee celebrations, etc. Monitor Office Supply Inventory, procure as necessary.
