Your Role:
The Hometown Plant Office Manager is accountable to keep the daily operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, office records, and supporting staff members. Working in collaboration with the site leadership, the role focuses on ensuring an efficient administrative working environment that supports and directs Hometown Operations and Business Teams as appropriate. An Ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is excellent at communicating, a self-starter that sets high expectations for themselves and others. This is an onsite position inTamaqua, PA Key Accountabilities:
Display the highest level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and integrity in all aspects of the Office Manager Role. Manages Visitors to Site including Customers and Auditors coordinating all necessary access with key stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day office operations. Manage administrative systems to ensure assets associated with the office area are scheduled and maintained appropriately. Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of sitewide events including town halls, employee celebrations, etc. Monitor Office Supply Inventory, procure as necessary. Maintain Relationship and coordinates with key vendors that provide Hometown Personal Protective Equipment. Coordinate New Hire Onboarding. Support local HRBP through maintaining key reports, recordkeeping, and responding to questions regarding policies and procedures. Coordinate external community events. Own the community outreach program including coordinating community outreach and government relations activities. Provide administrative support to quality systems that are essential to plant quality systems.Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 3+ of experience working with computerized tools and Microsoft Office suite.Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing an office environment. Excellent work ethic and positive attitude. Possesses a high level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and integrity in all aspects. Associate's degree in business administration or similar. Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams to successfully achieve objectives. Strong Interpersonal Skills to ensure a positive work environment builds team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to Coordinate multiple activities and priorities concurrently. Ability to manage multiple tasks, initiatives, and projects concurrently. Base Pay Range for this position - $88,400-$132,600 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
