Health insurance Paid time off Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dependable Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our horticultural crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Lead and manage a horticultural crew Perform trimming/pruning Have plant knowledge Operate truck and trailer safely Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately Requirements Experience leading a horticultural crew Experience operating a truck and trailer Strong work ethic and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications (but not required) Landscape Design experience a plus!
