Monday-Friday The Role We are hiring a Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to train alongside our California team and transition into a leadership role in our Oregon office. This is a hands-on leadership position —not a sit-back management role. You will be actively involved in clinical operations, supporting nurses, and ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance. About Agape Hospice & Palliative Care Agape Hospice is a growing, locally owned organization focused on compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. We are expanding and need strong clinical leadership to support our teams across locations. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and supporting hospice nursing staff (RNs, LVNs, CNAs) Providing real-time clinical guidance and problem-solving Ensuring documentation supports hospice eligibility and compliance Partnering with leadership on operations and team performance Conducting chart reviews and audits Supporting admissions and patient care coordination Coaching, mentoring, and holding staff accountable What We're Looking For Active RN license (Oregon license or ability to obtain quickly) Hospice or Skilled Nursing experience is required Prior clinical leadership experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, documentation, and compliance Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities Relocation Details Will consider relocation support for the right candidate located on the West Coast. Relocation to Clackamas, OR, is required, if located in CA; some training may be able to take place with our sister company near LA.
