What You'll Do Build and maintain strong referral relationships throughout Allegheny County and surrounding South Hills communities Educate physicians, facilities, and community partners on Bridges Hospice services and differentiators Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions and exceptional care Meet with patients and families to provide education and support regarding hospice services Develop strategic outreach initiatives to grow referrals and strengthen community presence Demonstrate expertise in hospice eligibility and end-of-life care services Work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative and supportive team culture What We're Looking For Hospice sales/marketing experience with a proven record of census growth Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated professional with initiative and excellent organizational abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent relevant experience and/or RN license Valid driver's license, and car insurance required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products The Difference Is Our Team We are looking for someone who wants more than just another sales role — someone who wants to be part of an exceptional hospice team that leads with heart, supports one another, and takes pride in providing extraordinary care every single day.
