  • Full-time Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes.
The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance. This role is vital in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation in compliance with medical records standards. Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning. Support clients with memory care, including those with Alzheimer's or dementia, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Observe patient conditions closely and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members. Uphold confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations while managing patient information. Experience Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation is advantageous. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in hospice care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Certification in CPR is required; additional training in catheter care or medication administration is beneficial. Experience in caregiving roles that involve working with seniors or individuals with disabilities will be highly regarded.
