Hospice LPN on-call nurse

Three Rivers Hospice office in Cassville is seeking skilled hospice On-Call LPN to join our hospice team. As an On-Call LPN, you will provide essential nursing support, including assessment, pain management, and comfort care, during evening and weekend hours to assure our patients and families receive the highest quality of care around the clock. You will be on the front lines, providing vital support to our patients and their families in their homes, nursing facilities and assisted living centers. This is a great opportunity for you to use your clinical skills to support patients and their families through this difficult time, assisting them to live with dignity and comfort. The On-Call LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, communicate with clinical staff as appropriate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
