What You'll Do:

Provide skilled hospice nursing care during evening and overnight hours. Deliver pain and symptom management using a comfort-focused approach. Support patients and families through changing needs with compassion and confidence. Provide care across private homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. Coordinate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure aligned patient care. Complete timely documentation to support continuity and quality outcomes.

Who This Role Is Built For:

Active Minnesota RN license. Hospice, ICU, palliative care, or oncology experience preferred, but not required. Nurses interested in transitioning into hospice and learning a deeply meaningful specialty are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and confidence working independently. Calm presence and strong clinical judgment. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area.
