What You'll Do:

Provide skilled hospice nursing care during evening and overnight hours. Deliver pain and symptom management with a comfort-focused approach. Support patients and families through changing needs with compassion and education. Provide care across private homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing settings. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure aligned patient care and continuity. Complete timely documentation supporting quality care outcomes.

Who This Role Is Built For:

Active Minnesota RN license. Hospice, ICU, palliative care, or oncology experience preferred, but not required. Nurses interested in transitioning into hospice are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently. Calm presence and confidence in emotionally complex situations.
