The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as EPIC. Job Location
