Hospital Pharmacist — Full Time Specialty Medical Staffing is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a hospital coverage assignment in the Daytona Beach, FL area. REQUIREMENTS

Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing (required) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree Inpatient experience is required Experience with EPIC or other pharmacy information systems is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment New graduates encouraged to apply

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Order verification and clinical review of physician medication orders Medication dispensing, distribution, and inventory management Monitoring medication therapy for drug interactions, dosing accuracy, and safety Pharmacokinetic dosing support and clinical consultations Medication reconciliation and discharge counseling for patients Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other care team members Accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations
