Hospital Radiation Oncology Therapist:

Reporting to Radiation Oncology leadership, the Hospital Radiation Oncology Therapist collaborates with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, oncology nurses, and a diverse team of allied professionals. Responsibilities include simulation and immobilization, image guidance and treatment delivery, basic dose calculations with dosimetry, daily/weekly QA checks, accurate documentation and billing, and compassionate patient education. Qualifications for the Hospital Radiation Oncology Therapist include ARRT certification or registry eligibility and graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program.
