White Rose Golf & Training Center - Wickenburg White Rose Golf & Training Center is seeking a passionate and motivated Golf Teaching Professional to join our growing indoor golf and player development facility in Wickenburg, Arizona. This is an ideal opportunity for a PGA Professional, aspiring instructor, collegiate player, or experienced coach looking to grow a teaching business in a modern, technology-driven golf environment. •Indoor Climate Controlled Environment•Position Type Part-Time Independent Contractor Flexible Schedule Primarily evenings and weekends available initially Opportunity for long-term growth and expanded hours About White Rose Golf - Wickenburg White Rose Golf is a premium indoor golf training and entertainment facility featuring: TrackMan simulator technology Private instruction Club fitting Player development programs Leagues and competitive events Year-round golf training Our mission is to create one of the top player development environments in Arizona while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Provide private golf instruction for players of all skill levels Assist with junior and adult player development programs Conduct lessons using TrackMan technology Build relationships with members and guests Help grow lesson participation and programming Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere Qualifications PGA Professional preferred, but not required Teaching or coaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for player development and growing the game Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently as a contractor Compensation Independent contractor compensation structure Competitive lesson revenue split Opportunity to build your own client base Additional income opportunities through clinics, camps, club fitting, and player development programs Why Join White Rose Golf?
