Full Job Description Job Overview Wednesdays:

3:00-4:00pm to start. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary age Dance & Gymnastics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a creative individual who can engage children through various activities in dance & tumbling. A background in childcare or education is essential, along with skills in behavior management and experience working with young students. Multiple class locations. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate dance & tumbling lesson plans that promote learning through movement. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued. Communicate effectively with the director about developments and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience for all students. Requirements 18 years or older Drivers License or CA ID Certification in CPR/First Aid is a required. Livescan & background check is required for Childcare Licensing Current negative TB test is required. Reliable transportation. Proven experience in childcare or teaching young children is preferred Skills in multiple dance genres Experience working with students in various capacities, including gymnastics and beginning tumbling exercises.
