Joining our team during this operational relaunch provides an Assistant-in-Training with a firsthand look at how a premier club manages tee sheet logistics, member flow, and daily service protocols during a major club milestone. Mentorship & Training We view the Assistant-in-Training role as the baseline foundation for a career in golf management. Our leadership team focuses heavily on teaching the core mechanics of daily club operations, offering direct, daily mentoring in pace-of-play management, front-line hospitality, and essential private club etiquette. This position is structured to support your professional entry into the industry within a stable workplace framework:

Operational Adaptability:
Support the broader golf operation by assisting inside the golf shop, helping execute tournament logistics, and providing operational coverage for junior camps and clinics as needed.
Front-Facing Hospitality:
Maintain a highly visible, professional presence at the staging area and starting tees, greeting members by name and proactively addressing operational questions.
Service Standards Coordination:
Work alongside our player services team to ensure our practice facilities and staging environments consistently meet club presentation guidelines.
What We Are Looking For PGA Status:
Current PGA Affiliate, Level 1 Associate, or an individual with a strong intent to enter the PGA PGM program.
