Job Description

Overview Indian Ridge Country Club is seeking a seasonal assistant professional to join the golf team that will work closely alongside the Director of Golf & Head Professional with all day to day operations of the golf department to ensure premier member and guest experiences. Duties include but not limited to: tournament management, active member relations, assisting hard/soft goods managers with inventory management, displays and organization of golf shop merchandise, opening/closing procedures, assisting members with tee times and event sign-ups as well as merchandise throughout the golf shop. Responsibilities also include starter/ranger duties, club repair, playing golf with membership, individual lessons and group clinics. Experience Required PGA Member or Apprentice in good standing with the PGA of America. 2 years minimum experience as a PGA Professional Essential Responsibilities
  • Exceptional knowledge of the game of golf, handicaps, rules of golf, facility operations and tournament operations
  • Private/group lesson experience
  • Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees
  • Attentive to details
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools
