Technique Gymnastics is seeking a dynamic Tumbling Manager to develop high-quality curriculum and grow a thriving program in our state-of-the-art facility. About Technique Gymnastics For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a hands-on professional to develop high-quality curriculum, mentor staff, and grow a thriving program within our state-of-the-art facility.

What You'll Do Program Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive tumbling curriculum for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Leadership:

Lead and inspire a team of instructors, ensuring consistent coaching standards and a positive experience for every student.

Coaching:

Provide expert instruction, focusing on safety, technique, and student progression.

Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand the program and increase enrollment through innovative classes and clinics.
