Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at Canyon Crest Country Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the shop's appearance, all while promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Customer service : Greet customers, check them in, and answer questions Knowledge of golf rules, regulations, and player responsibilities Cash handling skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor Familiarity with basic computer functions Flexible availability, particularly on weekends
