This role is ideal for coaches who are committed to long-term player development and enjoy working with young players in a competitive, positive, and structured environment. Coaches will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions, fostering a love for the game, and helping players build strong technical foundations within our club's playing philosophy. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions (3x per week) Emphasize technical development , creativity, and confidence on the ball Coach teams during league games and tournaments Implement club playing philosophy (possession-based, high pressing, playing out of the back) Provide clear and constructive feedback to players and families Complete player evaluations and contribute to the club's development pathway Collaborate with Directors and coaching staff on player development and team progression Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic training environment Qualifications Previous coaching experience (youth level preferred) Strong understanding of player development at the U8-U10 ages Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and staff Passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes USSF Grassroots preferred Background check required Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a competitive club environment Knowledge of small-sided game development (5v5, 7v7) Ability to create a fun, challenging, and structured training environment

Schedule & Commitment Training:

Typically 3 evenings per week

Games:
