Job Description

Twister Gymnastics has two locations in sunny South Florida, American Twisters in Coconut Creek and Twister Gymnastics in Boca Raton. We are also opening a third location in Boynton Beach in Summer 2026. Do you have a friendly, outgoing personality? Do you enjoy solving problems and delivering solutions? Twisters Customer Service and Sales representatives are empowered to make decisions to achieve client satisfaction in accordance with our company values. Our representatives are responsible for building relationships and de-escalating complaints through active listening and problem-solving skills. Duties include greeting clients, processing payments, multi-media client and staff communications, scheduling, and attending to general client needs. Representatives assist potential and existing clients with program selection, scheduling and pricing. Customer Service Representatives must be available to work weekends and some evenings. Ideal candidates have one year experience and are bilingual. A good work ethic, enthusiastic attitude, and flexibility is required. We offer competitive compensation and a fun place to work. 1 year previous experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and written & oral communication skills Outstanding service orientation Outgoing personality High attention to detail Professional and personable Poised under pressure Strong decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications Sales and Service Experience Preferred What you will be responsible for: Respond to inbound inquiries received by phone, text and email in different queues that service internal and external customers Record all details of inquiries, comments and complaints as well as details of actions taken in class management system Identify and leverage the appropriate resources for resolving issues by utilizing thorough knowledge of the organization Make decisions that achieve the right balance between customer satisfaction and upholding the company's values and policies Nurture and improve customer relationships by thoughtfully evaluating and self-reliantly making fair decisions Assist team members with more challenging internal and external customer complaints or issues Understand our programs well to better assist the customers.
