POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven, career-minded golf professional with aspirations to become a Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf within the next 2-3 years—and ultimately a General Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and is eager to grow within a high-performing team. As part of Century Golf Partners, our goal is to develop a pipeline of future leaders across our expanding network of facilities. We're committed to helping our team members grow into top-tier professionals and leaders in the golf industry. This role is ideal for someone who values continuous improvement, embraces responsibility, and is ready to learn all aspects of operating a premier golf facility known for excellence and service. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years of green grass golf experience, preferably at a well-run, high-volume facility
  • Proven success leading teams—this is not an entry-level position
  • Enrolled in the PGA Associate Program (must have passed the PAT and completed at least Level 1)
  • College degree or golf management certification preferred but not required Essential Responsibilities
