Overview Panther National is a private golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, anchored by a 7,864-yard championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas. Since opening in 2023, the club has established itself as one of the most distinctive private club environments in the country — and a home course for some of the game's top professional players. The club offers world-class golf facilities, a nine-hole par-three course, a 30,000 square foot putting and chipping complex, a Golf Performance Center, and premium dining. We are seeking motivated Golf Service Professionals to join our outside operations team for the 2026/27 season. This is a seasonal position running from October 15 - November 1, 2026 through May 1, 2027. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for the game, and a desire to be part of an exceptional team. Essential Responsibilities Member Experience:

Provide world class individualized service to members and guests thereby delivering a premier golf experience. General Duties Proactively greet all members and guests insuring a warm and welcome feel to the club Actively utilizes a positive, whatever it takes attitude to ensure club team success. Assist in providing all golfer's a first-class experience on course and while at the club Learn and cater to individual member preferences Valet Park member and guest cars as needed Thorough understanding of the golf operation, club golf rules & policies and golf calendar. Actively promote all golf events and activity. Assists with starting and pace of play Cares for member and guest golf equipment Assists with maintain an exceptionally neat, properly functioning golf car fleet and repair records Assists with maintaining the golf supplies inventory (Pin sheets, scorecards, tees, pencils, cart towels, range balls) Assist with managing the proper function and maintenance of outside golf ops equipment (Range picker, ball washer, pressure washer, air pump, club cleaners, washer, dryer) Proper tracking & safe storage of all member & guest property (clubs, umbrellas etc.) Perform minor club repair Provide service to resident golf cars. Attend staff meetings and member functions as required Caddie Program Functions as a on course golf ambassador/caddie for members and guests Practice Facilities Open, maintain and close practice areas to club standards Service members when practicing - carry & clean clubs, deliver balls, water, Tournaments & Special Events Keep all practice areas neat (opening appearance throughout the day) Tournaments & Special Events Coordinate with golf shop professional staff on event preplanning, staging area, golf car and range set up, greet, service and farewell plan Benefits Holiday Bonus Playing & Practice Privileges Work apparel Lunch while on duty Other Income
