Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Golf Professional, where your passion for golf and exceptional customer service will help create memorable experiences for our members and guests. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in golf operations, and club management within a vibrant, energetic environment. You will assist in delivering top-tier golf services, support instructional programs, and contribute to the overall success of our golf facility. Essential Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all members and their guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Assist in managing the daily golf operation, tournaments, and outings. Help organize and run junior golf clinics, tournaments, and special events to promote engagement and enjoyment Supervise and train golf personnel. Assist in displaying, promoting, and sales/selling merchandise & inventory. Promote all club activities and assist in executing sales and promotional plans. Assist with all club and outside events. Excellent writing, public speaking, decision-making, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with a customer service-focused attitude. High level of ethics, integrity, honesty, and reliability. Proficiency with computers, including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and tournament applications. Actively pursue PGA membership and/or maintain an active classification in the PGA of America. Ability to work a diverse schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
