  • Full-time Burke's Gymnastics is seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Gymnastics Team Director to lead our competitive gymnastics program.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about working with children of all backgrounds, abilities, personalities, and learning styles while helping athletes and coaches reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Development Program (DP) and Xcel teams. Coach and develop competitive athletes. Recruit, train, mentor, and support coaching staff. Manage team schedules, meet registrations, and competition logistics. Maintain athlete records and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate with athletes, families, and staff in a professional and timely manner. Help grow and strengthen the competitive gymnastics program. Promote a positive, safe, and athlete-focused culture. Qualifications Gymnastics coaching experience. Experience coaching competitive gymnastics athletes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience supervising and developing coaches preferred. Knowledge of USAG Development Program and Xcel programs preferred. CPR, First Aid, SafeSport, and USAG certifications (or willingness to obtain). What We're Looking For A positive, energetic leader who loves working with children.
