Full Job Description Summary:
A Part-time position is available for our indoor and outdoor tennis programs. The ideal candidate would have expert knowledge of tennis, with college playing experience. Promote club memberships to all potential prospects. Act as the club's tennis ambassador to enhance the value of the club.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students on proper techniques, movement/footwork, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall tennis game. Provide high-energy adult, junior, and youth group instruction. Provide private and semi-private tennis lessons for beginner through advanced level players. Evaluate student progress. Increase the visibility of tennis offerings within the community. Maintain tennis areas to promote an exceptional facility experience.
Position Requirements:
USPTA or PTR certification Have coaching experience including adults, teams, and junior development. Possess an NTRP rating of 4.0 or higher and, preferably, have collegiate playing experience. CPR and First Aid certified.
