Golf Player Assistant

Position Overview:

As a Players Assistant at The Grand View Lodge Golf Courses, you are a vital member of our team, contributing to our reputation as a fun and positive place to work. We are seeking high-energy, positive individuals with a deep knowledge and love for the game of golf. In this role, you may be one of the only staff members guests see during their four hours on the golf course.

The role may advance into a supervisor level position should the incumbent demonstrate sufficient strategic development and enlargement of performance scope. Greeting guests at the first tee and providing them with course informationEnsuring guests tee off promptly and efficientlyKeeping players organized and maintaining a steady pace throughout the golf courseProviding exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experienceMultitasking and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentPerform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Passion for golf and a strong knowledge of the gameExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanorAbility to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy timesStrong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team membersPrevious experience in a customer service or golf-related role is preferred but not required

Education & Experience:

Previous golf course or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.#GVL
