When you work at Reliable Community Title, you not only get to help others, but you also get the resources, opportunities and support to grow your own career Here are some of the great benefits you will enjoy as a member of our team: Competitive Salary Personal paid time off, as eligible and paid holidays 401K and Employee Stock Option Plan, as eligible Generous medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance Fitness reimbursement Learning, development and growth opportunities As a Title Searcher you will: Search the chain of title on a piece of property by using tract books at the county recorders office as well as a computer program linked to the recorders office located at the company office , this includes looking for probate, liens, judgments, easements and anything that may affect a particular piece of property Search records available at town, city, or county offices to compile a list of transactions regarding the property and names of involved parties, including tax information Search Circuit Clerks office for judgments, liens and divorces Check for street and sewer liens and any special assessments or restrictions that may affect a property Check for Federal and State Tax Liens and bankruptcy Proofread Legal descriptions Plot Legal descriptions or obtain maps or drawings of property from surveyor or assessor's office or from the title company Enter data in computer database to create a completed title commitment Complete continuing education requirements Qualifications for Success Must be detailed, efficient, accurate and extremely thorough. High school diploma or equivalent Title Producer License or ability to obtain licensing required Three years' experience preferred Reliable Community Title Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications
