Volunteer/Fundraiser Team Member About the Opportunity Team Rob Elite is an official Men's and Women's fundraiser basketball team representing the ATC Playmakers AAU Program in the #BTTB (Back to the Blacktop) Summer Run Series. This initiative was created to raise funds that directly support ATC Playmakers AAU athletes, youth development programs, tournament expenses, equipment, scholarships, and community outreach initiatives. Every player who joins is competing for a purpose while helping create opportunities for the next generation. Position Overview We are seeking motivated men's and women's basketball players who are passionate about competition, community, and giving back. Players will represent ATC Playmakers AAU throughout the Summer Run Series while helping promote fundraising efforts that benefit local youth athletes. Responsibilities Compete in scheduled Summer Run Series games. Represent ATC Playmakers AAU with professionalism, leadership, and sportsmanship. Assist with promoting fundraising efforts through social media and community engagement. Encourage friends, family, and supporters to donate to the cause. Attend scheduled games, practices, and team events. Serve as positive role models for youth in the Charlotte community. Qualifications Men and women ages 18 and older are encouraged to apply. Previous basketball experience is preferred. Must demonstrate teamwork, commitment, and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation to games and events. Passion for giving back through sports and community service. Compensation This is a volunteer fundraiser basketball opportunity and is not a paid position. Participants will compete in a competitive summer basketball series while supporting the mission of ATC Playmakers AAU and helping provide opportunities for youth athletes throughout the Charlotte community.
