Location:
Maywood Tennis Club•Maywood, NJ Maywood Tennis Club is seeking proven, high-performing tennis professionals to join our established indoor program. We are looking for coaches with a track record of success—on and off the court—who are capable of working with both junior and adult players at various stages of development, from beginners to competitive athletes. Key Responsibilities Deliver private and group lessons to juniors and adults across all levels, with a focus on long-term development and performance. Design progressive, engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern technique, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. Manage a regular client base with professionalism, accountability, and consistency. Contribute to a team-driven coaching culture by collaborating with peers and program directors. Represent the club with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of high-level coaching experience in a club, academy, or collegiate setting. Strong foundation in technique, tactics, and tennis-specific training methodology. Experience working with both juniors and adults in developmental and competitive environments. National certification (USPTA, PTR, or international equivalent) strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Competitive salary range:
