Conduct engaging tennis lessons tailored to individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced players Develop personalized training programs that focus on technique, strategy, and fitness improvement Organize and oversee group clinics, drills, and competitive matches to promote teamwork and sportsmanship Provide guidance on proper equipment use, court etiquette, and safety protocols Foster a positive environment by encouraging good behavior, sportsmanship, and respect among players Assist with facility maintenance related to tennis courts and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met Collaborate with other sports instructors to integrate tennis into broader fitness or youth programs when applicable Proven experience in tennis coaching or playing at a competitive level Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and motivate diverse age groups Experience working with children or students in sports or educational settings Ability to manage behavior and promote positive interactions among participants Additional skills such as Lifeguard experience, Sports coaching, Teaching physical education, Swimming, Martial arts (e.g., Karate, Judo), Childcare, Basketball, Cheerleading, Climbing can enhance your effectiveness in this role Certification in CPR/AED is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Join us as a Tennis Professional and be part of a lively community dedicated to health, wellness, and fun!
