In this lively role, you'll serve as the friendly face of our hospitality team, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, engaging, and fun-filled experience. Your energy will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, whether assisting with simulator bookings, managing guest inquiries, or talking up our exciting leagues, lessons, memberships, and tournaments. Responsibilities Guest Service & Hospitality:
Greet guests warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and confidently discuss and promote our leagues, lessons, memberships, and tournaments.
Booking & Scheduling:
Manage guest reservations and schedules efficiently using MindBody software (comprehensive training will be provided).
Communication:
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and handle all guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and positivity.
Food & Beverage Support:
Safely and efficiently serve alcohol and run food orders to guest areas as needed.
Facility Upkeep:
Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards across all guest-facing areas and event spaces; a strong attention to detail is a must.
Technology & Equipment:
Utilize and continuously learn about golf technologies and gear, including TrackMan and Callaway product information (training provided).
Requirements Golf Knowledge:
A solid understanding of the game of golf, including club types, rules, and game formats.
Learning Agility:
A strong willingness to learn and master TrackMan technology, Callaway product details, and MindBody scheduling software.
F&B Compliance:
Must meet legal age and certification requirements to serve alcohol and handle food.
Soft Skills:
A friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor with top-notch communication skills.
Detail-Oriented:
A proactive mindset regarding cleanliness and facility presentation.
Flexibility:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
