Set across 1,800 acres, the Ranch features championship golf courses, lodging, restaurants, pools, spa, trails, a private lake, and year-round recreation. We are hiring Player Assistants for our busy summer season, running from April through October. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, understands the game of golf, and likes interacting with a variety of guests. Our ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of golf, communicates professionally, and can help maintain an enjoyable pace of play while providing a high level of guest service. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

What You'll Do:

Support pace of play to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers Communicate course expectations and guidelines in a friendly, professional manner Help maintain course appearance and overall presentation Assist the golf shop team as needed Provide exceptional service to homeowners and guests

What We're Looking For:

General knowledge of the game of golf Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Compensation:

$15.00/hour Part-time positions available, with potential for full-time hours Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. Our commitment to service starts with our team.
