Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable Sporting Goods Technician/Bow Tech to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have an interest in sports and outdoor activities, and who enjoy helping customers find the right equipment and gear to enhance their sporting experience. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain product displays, and ensure that the store environment is welcoming and organized. Responsibilities Set up & Repair Bows for customers Assist customers in selecting sporting goods and equipment based on their needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged with pricing information. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Some experience is preferred but we will also train. A strong interest in sports is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining product displays and inventory accuracy. Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time. Some flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed and off Sundays.
