Los Angeles, CA Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Working with athletes Business development Sports marketing Gymnastics Strategic partnerships Full Job Description Showrunner Sports is a new subsidiary of G-ED UP ENTERTAINMENT, LLC and is seeking a motivated and experienced NIL Partnerships Agent / Brand Sponsorship Manager to help represent a rising competitive gymnast entering an important college visibility and growth stage. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can secure paid sponsorships, brand partnerships, appearances, campaigns, and other qualified NIL opportunities. This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who knows how to create revenue, build relationships, and move quickly. Responsibilities Secure paid NIL opportunities and sponsorship deals Build and manage a sponsor pipeline Conduct outreach to brands, businesses, and decision-makers Negotiate partnership terms and close Source photographers, videographers, and media support for competitions/events Help grow athlete visibility and marketability Maintain professional communication and organized follow-up Compensation Details 30% Project-based compensation available based on results. Additional long-term opportunities may be discussed based on performance No cap on earnings during the initial term Performance Requirement Success measured by outreach activity, professionalism, and opportunity development. Target goal KPI's to complete by end of 2026 Q2 Continued engagement will be based on performance and results.
