Assistant Golf Professional

PGA Associate in/or through level 1. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and special events, including tournament setup, scoring, and administration using Golf Genius software. Organize, run, and actively participate in weekly member games to promote engagement, camaraderie, and enjoyment of the game. Build and maintain positive relationships with members and their guests by providing a high level of service and personalized engagement. Provide individual and group golf instruction to players of varying skill levels, including ladies' and senior golf programs. Collaborate effectively with the golf operations team, course maintenance staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional golf experience. Oversee daily golf shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a professional retail environment. Support and promote ladies' as well as men's leagues, events, and programming to encourage participation and member engagement. Ensure the golf course and practice facilities are presented in excellent condition throughout the day.
