The 18-hole course, designed by Gary Roger Baird, was purchased in 2018 by local PGA ownership, Brooks West, and renamed to honor the historic bridge that crosses the Harpeth River through the heart of the property. About You You are currently an assistant golf professional looking for an exciting new opportunity overseeing a golf operation. You understand that the focus of your role is overseeing the golf operation at Franklin Bridge, and not the traditional scope of a head golf professional at a club. You are eager to work at a club that is fast-paced, friendly, and golf-centered at its core. Many describe you as outgoing, solutions-oriented, and focused on your role and responsibilities, as well as committed to the game and your place in it. You are spatially aware, hard-working, and you lead in an open and humble way. Experience Required 3+ years in a golf operations role at a private, semi-private, or high-volume public facility; prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of tee sheet software, POS systems, and handicap administration. Excellent communicator who leads by example and holds the team accountable kindly and clearly. Golf Experience Coordinators (GEC's) and starters, as well as Outside Services. This role is right for a PGA Professional (or apprentice in good standing) who wants to build and sustain something meaningful inside a growing, mission-driven club. Your key responsibilities are as followed: Lead Golf Operations Manage day-to-day Golf Shop operations: tee sheet, check-in flow, POS, customer service standards, pace of play. Supervise and develop the Golf Shop and Outside teams in tandem with the Golf Experience Coordinator. Uphold and teach our 5 Core Values across every shift. Run opening/closing procedures and operational rhythms (quarterly staff meetings, daily huddles, and aligned accountability). Work Alongside Outing Coordinator For All Events And Outings, And Own High School And League Golf at Franklin Bridge Work alongside the outing coordinator to ensure successful outings and events at Franklin Bridge from a Golf Operations perspective. Own the scheduling needs of our various High School Golf teams that play at the Bridge, as well as the various weekday evening leagues we have and host throughout the season. Foster and develop relationships with these high school coaches and league contacts. Support And Sustain Membership & Merchandise Support River Club retention and PM Club sales with member hospitality. Partner with leadership on pricing, promotions, and member communications. Represent the Franklin Bridge Brand Be visible. Know members by name. Greet guests like you're glad they came. Model professional appearance, language, and behavior on and off the course.
