Stones River Country Club is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience through daily golf shop operations, tournament administration, instructional support, and overall member engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf, thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience Required PGA Associate or PGA Member preferred Previous golf operations experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of golf tournament software and handicap systems Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Passion for hospitality and member service Essential Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests Assist with daily golf shop operations and merchandising Coordinate and administer tournaments, leagues, and club events Manage tee sheets and support pace of play initiatives Assist with golf instruction, clinics, and junior golf programs Support outside operations staff and overall golf operation efficiency Help create a welcoming and professional club atmosphere Enforce club policies and uphold service standards Benefits Competitive salary based on experience PGA dues and education support Playing and practice privileges Professional development opportunities Meals and club benefits as applicable
