Licensed Coaches are strongly encouraged to apply. This is not a traditional youth club coaching position. Precision Preparatory is an accredited private school and elite soccer academy that combines high-level academics with a European-style player development model. We are building one of the premier player development environments in the United States and are seeking an exceptional Director of Soccer & Elite Player Development to lead that vision. If you have played professionally, coached at a professional academy, or hold a UEFA or USSF A-level coaching license, we would like to hear from you. About the Role The Director of Coaching will oversee all soccer operations of selected grades and establish the technical identity of the academy. This leader will develop players, build a high-performance culture, and help shape the future of an innovative soccer academy, all while maintaining a positive and enriching environment for students. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build something meaningful rather than simply manage another youth club. Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday schedule. Daytime training and operations aligned with the academic school day. No evening training sessions. No weekend matches or obligations. No travel-heavy tournament schedules. Stable, professional environment within an accredited school setting. Not backed by or operated under private equity ownership. Responsibilities Develop and implement the academy's playing philosophy and curriculum Design age-specific training methodology that is engaging and challenging. Oversee player development across specified age groups. Evaluate players and create individualized development plans. Build relationships with local clubs, colleges, and scouting networks. Participate in additional school camps and programs. Assist with player recruitment and academy growth. Represent the academy within the soccer community. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with several of the following: Former professional player. Experience coaching within a professional academy or elite youth environment. UEFA Pro, UEFA A, UEFA B, or USSF A License strongly preferred. Experience as a Director of Coaching, Technical Director, Academy Director, or Head Coach. Proven ability to develop players for collegiate or professional pathways. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for long-term player development over short-term winning.
