As a Weekend Gymnastics Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in making our weekend programs run smoothly. From supporting coaches and assisting families to maintaining a positive, safe environment in the gym, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every athlete who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising weekend classes, events, and gym activities to ensure smooth daily operations Supporting coaches and staff throughout shifts by helping with schedules, transitions, and problem-solving Creating a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for athletes and families Assisting with customer service questions and parent communication Monitoring gym safety and enforcing gym policies and procedures Assisting with equipment setup, organization, and cleanup Helping manage attendance, check-ins, and general front-of-house support as needed Staying active and engaged throughout the shift in a fast-paced gym environment Coaching as needed on our various programs
Your Schedule:
Consistent weekend shifts•Must be available Saturday and Sunday Opportunities for additional hours through coaching and leadership growth
What It Takes:
A positive attitude and passion for working with kids and families Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and safety-minded Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the shift Previous coaching, leadership, childcare, or customer service experience is a plus Fine Print A few requirements to note: Ability to see and hear clearly from across the gym floor Ability to provide sustained attention and supervision during activities and classes Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, and move throughout the gym during shifts Ability to lift, push, or move equipment up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation Must be able to maintain a consistent weekend schedule An Equal Opportunity Organization Capital Gymnastics does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex or gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or marital status.
