Coach and instruct tennis athletes across junior and senior programs; Organize, develop, and conduct /practices/matches/tournaments for players of varying skill levels, as well as conduct coaching camps; Identify, attract, and develop emerging tennis talent; Provide on-site coaching and match analysis at tournament venues; Attend staff meetings and professional training workshops to integrate emerging best practices into Impact Activities' programs; Plan, manage, and supervise group and individual practices, matches, and tournaments to optimize player performance; Develop individualized training plans focused on advanced conditioning, footwork, net play, and mental performance techniques, including visualization and match-day focus; Develop and maintain instructional materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, and performance tracking tools; Oversee selection, procurement, and inventory management of tennis equipment to ensure availability and quality for training sessions; Ensure all training activities are conducted safely and in compliance with Impact Activities' health, safety, and injury-prevention policies.
