Job Description

Overview The Assistant Golf Professional will be actively involved in all aspects of golf operations, with a strong emphasis on instruction, junior programming, golf shop management and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily golf operations and golf shop management
  • Teach private lessons and group camps & clinics
  • Lead and grow junior golf programs
  • Assist with ladies clinics and beginner programs
  • Support tournaments, events, and outings
  • Provide a welcoming and professional member experience
What We're Looking For:
  • PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA Membership preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and player development
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working with juniors, beginners, and members of all skill levels Experience Required 2 years Country Club Golf Experience
