Job Description

Overview Pacific Northwest Golf Centers is the PNW's Premiere Instructional and Club Fitting Facility. Our main indoor facility features six bays with TrackMan 4 Simulators as well as a 1000 square foot indoor putting and chipping green and full club fitting and club repair capabilities. Pacific Northwest Golf Centers also offers outdoor instruction at several area courses during the season. At Pacific Northwest Golf Centers we believe that the game of golf is just that, a game. Games are meant to be fun and enjoyable and we offer a comprehensive learning environment focusing on making the game of golf more enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. Whether you are brand new to the game or an aspiring Professional we offer the tools required to grow, succeed and exceed your expectations. Experience Required Personable Skills Be able to engage with customers Prioritizing tasks Point of Sale Managing Lesson Schedule or Tee Times is a plus Knowledge of MS Word and Excel Worked in the Golf Industry in some aspect Trackman or Simulator knowledge is a plus, but not required Essential Responsibilities We are seeking an individual who is a go getter and can manage their time and work responsibly on their own. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling lessons/practice, checking clients out on the point of sale, setting up clients for practice/lesson, taking in club repair orders, cleaning all aspects of the facility. This position could lead towards a Teaching Position in the future if the individual is interested. Manage lesson and practice schedule Keep bays clean and organized Responsible for Trackman 4 and cameras Ability to lift up to 50lbs (infrequently) Work weekends and evenings Club Repair Knowledge or willing to learn a plus Social media posting once a week Benefits Playing and practicing privileges Health care up for negotiation
