Golf Professional

Paganica Golf Course in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Head Golf Professional. Our goal is to continue to grow the game of golf in the Lake Country area for all new and existing golfers. We are looking to change the path of what it means to be a golf course and welcome all golfers to our course. No matter where you come from or are going, the game of golf is for everyone. We are looking for a professional that has the same vision, while demonstrating it. Develop and implement programs to enhance guest engagement, including clinics, tournaments, and special events Set up and execute private lessons with limited amenities. Maintain detailed reports on golf course usage, sales, and team performance to inform strategic decisions Demonstrate an understanding of custom club fitting and golf ball fitting for all skill levels for an entire golf bag using different methods. Knowledge of different brands of golf and golf products. Ability to regrip, reshaft, repair and other golf club services. Excellent management abilities including shift management, report writing, and team supervision Experience in cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and restaurant or hospitality operations Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, staff, and external vendors seamlessly Maintain a clean work place. Expected to maintain lessons and schedule repeating customers over the summer season. Ability to work with golfers of all ages from as young as 5 years old.

Skills:

Must have experience with simulators such as Trackman,Putt View and other top simulator brands. Experience with Golf Now, Golf Genius or similiar golf oriented point of sale. Ability to send customers fitting invoices and equipment information. Must have experience in golf club and golf ball fitting. Must have experience in lessons and player development.

Certifications:

Applicant must be a PGA Member May be in the process of completing the Professional Golf Management Associate program levels 1,2, or 3. If applicant is in process of certification they must provide timeline of completion.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
