Key Responsibilities Decorate cakes and cookies with artistic precision and creativity. Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently. Prepare and bake cookies and soft pretzels following company protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stock food items and paper products as needed. Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in cake decorating or a background in art preferred. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts.
