We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Bagel Baker to join our team in the early morning hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in crafting high-quality, handmade products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and mix bagel dough according to established recipes Hand-roll and shape bagels with consistency and care Assist with boiling and baking bagels to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

Prior baking experience required (bagels or bread preferred) Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 4:30 AM) Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
