Schedule:

Responsibilities Knowledge of recipe reading, knows measurements and possesses scaling ability Good piping skills Plate scaping Daily dessert set-up Daily dessert production Bread production Maintain standards of cleanliness Qualifications Previous experience in volume production Ability to work on several tasks at once in a timely manner with minimal supervision Follows written and verbal direction well Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed Ability to scale up/down recipe quantities Knowledge of recipe reading and measurements Physical Requirements include:

Constantly:

Stand, walk, handle, reach outward, bend, lift/carry up to 20lbs, push/pull up to 25lbs.

Frequently:

Reach above the shoulder, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 40lbs.

Occasionally:
